Working in the Billing, Administration & Complaints team

Claims Management handles material damage that we cause to third parties on the one hand, and material damage caused to us by third parties on the other.

Your tasks as an administrator

  • You start up files following damage to our network infrastructure
  • You follow up these cases end-to-end administratively
  • You conduct the necessary correspondence with parties causing damage, police, prosecutors, etc.
  • You calculate and invoice the costs incurred
  • You actively follow up the central mailbox
